Providing false or misleading information — including your name, date of birth, MyKad number, or payment details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
Atom108 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad (front and back), proof of address (recent bank statement or utility bill), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed or rejected.
Warning: atom108 reserves the right to terminate an account and forfeit all associated winnings if it is found that registration details are fraudulent, the account has been used for deceptive purposes, or there is evidence of money laundering activity. All transactions are continuously monitored for legal compliance purposes.

Winnings withdrawals at atom108 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes. During peak periods, processing times may take up to two hours.
The minimum withdrawal is RM30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit for regular members is RM10,000, while VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier. If the total withdrawal amount exceeds RM5,000 in a day, additional identity verification may be required before the transaction can be completed.
An account showing no activity (login, deposit, or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. atom108 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM5 on inactive account balances. Should the balance reach zero as a result of these charges, the account may be terminated. Members can reactivate their account simply by logging back in.
All funds in your atom108 account belong entirely to you and are held separately from the company's operational accounts. atom108 does not use members' funds for company operations or investments.
All bonuses and promotions offered by atom108 — including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers — are subject to rollover requirements and time limits as specified in the terms of each promotion. A bonus is considered accepted once it is credited to your account. Once accepted, the rollover requirement must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
The rollover requirement refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with an 18x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,800 in bets (RM100 × 18) before withdrawing your winnings. Bets counted toward the rollover requirement generally require minimum odds of 1.50 for Sports Betting, or wagers on any slots or Live Casino game.
Atom108 has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including hedging, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk. If bonus abuse is confirmed, atom108 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the account in question without prior notice.
All bonuses carry a validity period as specified in their respective promotional terms. Unused bonuses or rollover requirements that remain unfulfilled by the end of the validity period will expire automatically and be credited back as bonus funds only (not withdrawable cash). atom108 does not grant bonus extensions except under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Company.
Bonus Reminder: Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it. You may choose to decline a bonus if you do not wish to be bound by the rollover requirements — in which case, your deposit will be processed as cash with no additional withdrawal conditions.

The outcome of all casino games is determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), or by the actual results of the sporting events being wagered on. These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure. atom108 will investigate any complaints relating to game outcomes within 14 working days from the date the complaint is received.
For Sports Betting, the odds that apply are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. If a sporting event is cancelled or cannot be completed, bets will generally be voided and the amount returned to your account. For live in-play bets, the outcome is determined by the score or result at the time of the specific segment being wagered on, even if the full match is subsequently postponed or cancelled.
In exceptional circumstances where a technical error occurs during gameplay — such as an internet disconnection during a live match, incorrect odds displayed due to a system failure, or a disruption mid-spin on slots — atom108 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the funds to the member's account. atom108 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors outside the platform's control, such as connectivity issues on the player's end.
